Searchers looking for a 75 hard tracker app, or a 75 day challenge tracker, usually want a simple scoreboard: did I do the work today, and does the streak still exist. REGIME is built for that kind of day. It is a focused habit tracker with one checklist, a hard streak, eight ranks, and a weekly review. It is not an official companion to 75 HARD, and it will not pretend that tapping a box is the same thing as doing the program.
What 75 HARD actually requires
Andy Frisella publishes 75 HARD as five tasks, every day, for 75 consecutive days. Miss any task and the program starts over at day 1. The tasks, as described on his own rules page and the related tips on andyfrisella.com, are:
- Follow a diet. No cheat meals and no alcohol.
- Two workouts of at least 45 minutes, at least three hours apart, with at least one of them outdoors.
- Drink one gallon of plain water. Flavor, carbonation, and additives do not count toward the gallon.
- Read 10 pages of a nonfiction, personal-development book. Audiobooks do not count.
- Take a progress photo.
Those are his rules. If a detail matters, read his page. REGIME does not ship that program and does not check that you followed it.
Program rule versus what you tap
| 75 HARD, per Andy Frisella's site | What REGIME actually does |
|---|---|
| Five fixed daily tasks for 75 days | A checklist you choose. Add your own lines and turn off what does not fit. |
| Miss any task and restart the program at day 1 | A missed day resets the streak. You can start again today. There is no separate 75-day program clock. |
| Gallon of water, timed workouts, a daily photo | You mark a line complete only when you have done it. No water counter, no workout timer, no photo album. |
| A mental-toughness program with its own name | A daily chain, eight earned ranks, and a seven-day review of check-ins. |
How to run 75 days on one checklist
Treat the checklist as the day's planner, not a wish list. A 75-day goal dies when Monday has twenty habits. Keep the list short enough to finish.
- If you are following 75 HARD, use the five tasks above and nothing extra until that list is repeatable. For your own challenge, write only the lines you will still do on day 40.
- Choose habits, add your own, and turn off what does not fit. This page does not claim a preset named 75 HARD.
- Keep the same order every morning so it works as a morning routine. The Today screen puts the chain up top and shows the next unfinished habit. That line is the focus.
- Optional morning and evening reminders are local notifications. Mark a line complete only after the work is done. The app will not time a workout, count the gallon, or store the progress photo.
- When every line is done, the streak grows. Share a completed-day milestone only if you want to. After seven days, the weekly review shows recorded check-ins so you can fix the plan while the goal is intact.
Hold to commit, then earn the stamp
A tap is easy to fake. Hold the habit to commit it, and only after that piece of the day is done: the outdoor session, the gallon, the pages. REGIME still will not time the workout, count the water, or store the progress photo. The hold is your confirmation.
When every non-negotiable is done, the day gets a DAY COMPLETE stamp. That is the day that grows the streak. Share the milestone if you want. Eight ranks are earned from the chain. The progress screen describes the ladder as running from RECRUIT to IMMORTAL. Ranks are not a purchase and they are not a 75 HARD certificate. The weekly review shows the last seven days, which is when you can see which of the five tasks you are skipping.
What a missed day means here
In REGIME the chain does not negotiate: a missed day resets the streak, and you can start again today. That is not 75 HARD's restart at day 1. The app will not track his program clock for you. The longer version of the streak rule is on why a hard streak. One chain, and nothing else, is the habit tracker with streaks. A game is the Habitica alternative. Per-task streaks are the Streaks app alternative.
No account, and what it costs
REGIME does not require an account, and it does not run its own cloud for habit entries. Entries stay on the device. There is no feed of other people's challenges.
Free download. Habit tracking after onboarding requires Pro: weekly, yearly (7-day free trial) or lifetime. Weekly is $4.99, yearly is $29.99, and lifetime is $49.99. Only the yearly plan has the trial. Apple shows the price before you confirm. Cancel in your Apple Account settings.
FAQ
- Is REGIME the official 75 HARD app?
- No. 75 HARD is Andy Frisella's program. REGIME is an independent habit tracker by Ilias Aberkane, App Store id 6805791943. It is not affiliated with that program and it does not certify that you finished it.
- Will the app time my workouts, count a gallon of water, or store progress photos?
- No. You mark a checklist item complete only when you have done it. REGIME does not measure water, time a workout, or keep a photo log.
- What happens in REGIME if I miss a day?
- The streak resets. You can start again today. REGIME does not run a separate 75-day program clock. If you are following 75 HARD, that program's own rule is to start over at day 1.
- Can I keep the checklist shorter than the five tasks?
- Yes. Choose the habits you will actually repeat, add your own, and turn off the ones that do not fit. A checklist you finish beats a plan you abandon on day 4.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Habit entries stay on your device. There is no REGIME account and no social feed.
