Streaks, by Crunchy Bagel, is an Apple Design Award winning habit to-do list. The App Store description says you track up to 24 tasks and build a streak of consecutive days. You choose how often a task repeats, so a gym habit can be three days a week. Tasks sync across devices. Linked Apple Health tasks, such as water or caffeine, can complete themselves. The listing also includes notes, negative habits, timed tasks, widgets, themes, icons, reminders, statistics, and task sharing with other Streaks users. streaks.app lists iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.
REGIME is not a thinner copy. It is a different rule: one checklist, one chain, and a missed day that resets the streak. If that is not the rule you want, stay with Streaks.

When Streaks is the right buy
Buy Streaks if the task, not the day, should own the streak. A gym habit three times a week can keep its own number, and planned days off are part of that schedule. Buy it if the goal is Health auto-complete, widgets, notes, or sharing a task with another Streaks user. Those are listed features REGIME does not match.
When the single chain is the point
Use REGIME if "don't break the chain" means the whole day. The Today screen puts the chain up top. Complete every order on the checklist, or the day does not count. There is no per-task schedule that protects the number on a rest day. The next unfinished habit is the focus. That is a planner with one page.
Keep the list short: a morning routine, the work that defines the day, and one training line. Add your own habits and turn off what does not fit. Hold a habit to commit it. When every non-negotiable is done, the day gets a DAY COMPLETE stamp and the chain grows. Optional morning and evening reminders are local notifications. Eight ranks are earned from consistency, described on the progress screen as running from RECRUIT to IMMORTAL. The weekly review shows the last seven days of check-ins.

Streaks can complete a linked Health task without a tap. REGIME cannot. You hold the line yourself, after the work. The DAY COMPLETE stamp is not a partial score.
